One of our repeat clients built their home in the late 1970's and have turned to RaymondCraft for remodeling help over the years. Here's an overview of our work.
Kitchen and dining room updates:
To create an open concept kitchen, an arch wall was removed that separated their kitchen and dining room.
New flooring (Luxury Vinyl Plank or LVP) was installed to go through both rooms.
A wood header beam was crafted to avoid costly ceiling patch work.
Counter tops revitalized with laminate painting.
All hardware replaced (faucets, handles and hinges).
Light fixtures replaced.
Fresh coat of paint on entire main floor to match the new color scheme.
Deck and shed updates:
Shed door replaced and repainted.
Deck boards replaced.
Custom deck railing installed (horizontal, black aluminum pipes with wood posts for a rustic look).
